Corporate events and brand activations
We work with marketing teams, office managers, property managers, and event producers across LA, with Orange County available by request. The cart is the easy part. What actually makes these events work is the paperwork being right, the timeline being real, and someone competent standing behind the cart for the full window.
What we bring to corporate work
Documentation, handled
We carry general liability insurance and a current LA County public health permit. We can provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue or property as additional insured. Tell us the requirements early, because some venues and licensed facilities need 30 days of lead time for vendor approval.
A single point of contact
Tatiana runs point on most events herself. As we grow, there's always one clear person leading on-site, and we tell you exactly who that is before your event so you know who to expect.
Servings, not guesswork
For lobby activations, conference floors, and foot-traffic events, we quote in servings rather than headcount, because those numbers behave differently. We will tell you what a realistic serving count looks like for your window.
A cart that photographs
If the event is going on social or into a recap deck, the cart needs to hold up in the frame. That is what The Noir Edit was built for.

A note on venues
Licensed care facilities, hospitals, schools, and colleges almost always have a vendor approval process, and it takes longer than people expect. If you are booking one of those, reach out well before your date and we will start the paperwork in parallel.
