Noir & Nopal provides mobile charcuterie and specialty food cart services. Availability, menus, and offerings may vary by season, event type, and location. We reserve the right to adjust services to maintain quality and safety.

A 50% deposit is due at signing to hold your date. Your booking isn't confirmed until this deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 2 days before your event.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before your event's cancellation window opens. For standard bookings, that window is 7 days before the event. For larger or highly customized events, including those requiring custom signage, extended sourcing, or multi-week coordination, the window opens further out, up to 14 days before the event. Once you're inside that window, cancellations are billed in full to cover procurement and staffing already committed. The exact cancellation window for your event is confirmed in your signed contract.

In the event of postponement due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we'll work together to reschedule within 90 days. Deposits remain non-refundable.

Final menu selections are locked 7 days before the event. Final guest count is due 5 days before the event, and we prep based on that confirmed number.

Extending your service window on the day of the event is $75 per 30-minute block.

We do our best to accommodate dietary requests, including vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free, and make an effort to include options that fit your guests' needs. When we're notified of dietary restrictions or allergies in advance of a private event, we take every precaution to plan accordingly.

At public events, some items we serve may contain common allergens. While our cart design, with separate containers and a dedicated layout, helps keep food items apart, we can't guarantee cross-contact will never occur. Guests with severe allergies should be advised before eating.

Noir & Nopal isn't liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages that occur at or following your event. By booking, you agree to release us from liability related to food consumption or event setup.

Noir & Nopal carries general liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available upon request for venues or properties that require one.

We may capture photos or video during your event for marketing purposes. If you'd rather not have your event featured, let us know in advance in writing.

By booking with Noir & Nopal, you agree that we may contact you about your event by email, phone, or SMS text message. Messages may include booking confirmations, event reminders, and promotional updates if you've opted in. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from promotional SMS at any time by replying STOP.

We accept payment through HoneyBook, and Zelle for offline payments. California sales tax of 9.75% applies to all payments regardless of method.

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be handled according to state and local regulations.
